Running a Bodyshop has always been tough. Profit gets squeezed from every angle possible and in a competitive market place only the most efficient and knowledgeable Bodyshops will survive the short term and stay for the long term.

This course takes the delegate from the starting point to the end point of successful bodyshop managing. It unravels the mysteries of how to get to a healthy and sustainable bottom line profit from the business of repairing damaged vehicles. At an extra cost delegates can take a useful 'post course' option of 1 to 1 coaching, to help apply what they have learned into their own business, further enhancing their chances of success.

This course is not academic with no assessment at the end. The aim is to help you gain knowledge to continually improve your business and increase profitability.
